At-Home DNA Tests: Orders may be canceled before the test kit has been processed for shipment. Once a test kit has been processed for shipment or shipped, the order is non-refundable. DNA collection kits may not be returned for reuse or resale. If you receive an incorrect or damaged kit, please contact B-Sure DNA promptly so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.
Legal DNA Tests: Legal testing includes case setup and coordination of professional DNA collection. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your DNA collection appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be changed without a rescheduling fee. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. Once professional DNA collection has occurred or laboratory testing has begun, the order is non-refundable.
Exceptions and Applicable Law: Refunds or other remedies required by applicable law are not limited by this policy. If B-Sure DNA is unable to fulfill an order as promised, the customer will be contacted regarding available options.
