Collection appointments are typically conducted at a convenient public or professional location near the participants. DNA samples are collected through a documented chain-of-custody process to support Grandparentage DNA relationship analysis. Final collection arrangements will be coordinated after your order is placed.

The $425 price includes one chain-of-custody collection appointment at a single agreed-upon location within Charlotte and surrounding areas.
If any participant is located outside Charlotte and surrounding areas, Please contact B-Sure DNA by phone or email before placing your order. Collection availability outside our standard service area must be reviewed and approved prior to purchase.
Additional fees may apply for multiple collection locations, extended travel, missed appointments, or rescheduled appointments.
